A few months ago, we had these foil balloons at an ASEAN Integration fair/celebration at our uni which were new and cool to me. I looked for these for a very long time because I wanted to have a few on my birthday, but I didn't find any... until a month after my birthday, that is. But, better late than never, isn't that right?
